This collar is the 'big brother' of the 1" version. They are strong, lightweight and comfy and are a permanent way to ensure your dog has their all important ID tags on them at all times.
The 1.5" Tag/House collars are useful for dogs walkled with a harness and for those with a secondary Martingale or walking collar .It is recommended that when fitting you loosen the collar to fit comfortably over your dogs head then adjust to fit where the tag collar would normally sit on their neck.
With the addition of a plastic buckle this is an ideal walking collar for all breeds that have heads larger than their necks. They are not recommended for Greyhounds/Sighthounds and all other breeds with heads smaller than their necks. For these the Martingale is the collar of choice.
When fitting with the plastic clip buckle first slacken the adjuster, then clip collar on dogs neck and adjust to fit.
These collars should be comfortable but not overly tight.
