WHO CAN SEE IT?
Only myself and for orders via the website my fellow website administrator and website host Jeff Slough have access to your information. This is never shared with third parties and is kept securely.
I also keep an order book which includes name, item ordered and the amount. This book helps me to keep on track with orders being processed and also is used for my accounts and tax returns. These order records have to be kept for a minimum of 6 years for tax purposes.

If at anytime you would like to know what information I hold on you then just ask and I will send them to you FOC. You can ask for information held by me to be removed at anytime but some info I have to retain for tax purposes for a minimum of 6 years.
