Pricing and Payment
The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.
Ordering Online
Payment in full is due at the time of placing your order. Online orders must be paid for by PayPal or Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and JCB. All payments will be made in pounds sterling, all goods remain the property of Dogs on Bikes until payment is made in full.
Payment Security
All card payments on our site are made on a secure payment page hosted by Paypal or Stripe. This means your credit card information is encrypted by Paypal/Stripe. No credit card information is stored or retained by Dogs on Bikes, we in fact have no access to your card details at all.
Delivery to UK Mainland addresses only.
We aim to make orders as soon as possible but please see individual item pages for completion guidelines and please allow longer at busy times i.e. Christmas. Please also note that once in the postal system I cannot guarantee times for delivery; the post office gives a 1-3day delivery for 1st class but these are their timescales. Please see Delivery page for various postal options available.
Delivery to EU including Ireland.

Cleaning
Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods being incorrectly cleaned.
