Please measure your hound accurately so mistakes are avoided.  If you have ordered the incorrect size of stock fabric collar you can return items up to 14 days after receiving them, as long as they are in an unused and resaleable condition. Please use a postal service that requires a signature as proof of delivery.  If you have received a product that has arrived faulty / damaged please contact us and we will get the item replaced or refunded at our cost.

Return delivery cost must be paid by the customer unless you a have received a product/s that is either faulty or damaged in transit.

Custom made collars/coats are not covered by this guarantee as they are made to your specification.  If they arrive faulty or are damaged in transit then please get in touch so a replacement or refund can be issued and we will cover return postage.

Refunds.

Refunds will be made once items have been returned back and checked, please allow 14 days for them to be processed, if you paid via paypal you will be refunded back to your paypal account, if you paid via credit/debit card you will be refunded to the card you originally used to purchase the item/s. If the refund is taking place more than 60 days after you placed the order, we can either send a paypal refund via email or issue you with a cheque.
